The Elephant Camp is a luxury tented camp run by Wild Horizons, on a ridge inside the Wild Horizons Wildlife Sanctuary. The main camp has 12 suites and the smaller Elephant Camp West has 4, which can be booked for exclusive use.

Every suite has a private deck, plunge pool and outdoor shower, and three are Star Bed Suites with a raised platform for sleeping outside. Wild Horizons says the rate includes meals, local drinks and guided activities, including game drives in Zambezi National Park and its Elephant Conservation Experience. Children aged 7 and over are accepted, and all ages on exclusive use.

It suits couples, honeymooners and families with older children looking for an all-inclusive, wildlife-focused stay.

Where Is The Elephant Camp?

The camp is a short drive from Victoria Falls town, in a private sanctuary with views of the Batoka Gorge, the Victoria Falls Bridge and the spray of the Falls. Listings put it about 10 km from the Falls, and transfers are arranged by the camp.
