About Victoria Falls River Lodge

Victoria Falls River Lodge is on the Zimbabwe bank of the Zambezi River inside Zambezi National Park, upstream of the Falls. The lodge says it opened in 2012 as the first private game lodge in the park.

Accommodation ranges from luxury tented suites and family tents to island treehouse suites, starbed suites and two private villas for families and small groups. Tents have a private viewing deck, a freestanding bath and indoor and outdoor showers. There is a pool, spa, gym and restaurant, and the lodge says its packages are all-inclusive, with game drives, river cruises and Falls visits.

It suits couples, honeymooners, families and small groups who want a safari stay on the river.
